Asian Tigers are committed to quality. To underline this commitment, all of the major offices of the Asian Tigers Group are FAIM Accredited. FAIM is a quality program written for the international moving industry covering all facets of the business. In order to achieve FAIM, a stringent set of standards need to be met and accreditation is only achieved, and maintained through independent external audits by Ernst & Young. These standards are continuously reviewed and improved by the governing body of FIDI and every two years an external re-audit is carried out to ensure that each office remains compliant. Many offices of the Asian Tigers also comply with and have achieved ISO 9001:2000 along with the environmental standard of ISO 14001:2004 showing our care and concern for the world about us that we share and live in.
